This training, compliant with the curriculum of the International TRIZ Association, is based on real-world examples of successfully implemented innovations.

The course will be conducted in English, online on November 30, December 1, 2, 3, 4, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 2026 (10 days) and will conclude with the official MATRIZ certification exam.

Participation cost: 3600 EURO / 3990 USD or 15000 Polish Zloty (excl. VAT).

The price includes the cost of printed training materials, as well as their delivery to the participant by mail.

 

Designed for candidates aspiring to become Level 3 MATRIZ specialists. The MATRIZ Level 3 training is designed for individuals who hold MATRIZ Level 1 and 2 certifications and intend to professionally apply the TRIZ methodology in their work—whether managing innovation processes, leading R&D teams utilizing TRIZ, or conducting training sessions. A Level 3 participant gains comprehensive theoretical knowledge, with further development achieved through solving real-world challenges and creating innovations in a practical manner.

    Dr. Sergei Ikovenko

    A long-standing collaborator and Novismo’s lead mentor, involved with the company since its founding. He is recognized as one of the world’s leading consultants in technological innovation. An Associate Professor at MIT (Cambridge, USA), Tufts University (Boston, MA), and Tongji University (Intellectual Property College, Shanghai, China), and an Honorary Professor at the University of Edinburgh (UK). He has delivered TRIZ seminars at Harvard, Carnegie Mellon, Stanford, Vanderbilt, Caltech, and many other top academic institutions around the globe. A TRIZ Master and Chair of the Council on Expertise and Methodology (CEM) at MATRIZ. He is the author of over 100 publications, holder of 134 international patents, and co-author of five books. For the past 10 years, he has served as the chief innovation instructor for the Siemens Innovation Academy and General Electric Global Research (over 1,800 scientists trained), and for 11 years has led the TRIZ Innovation Initiative at Hyundai Motor Company (over 500 participants). He also works with major Chinese companies including Shenhua, Huawei, and VIVO.
